We talk a lot about the quality of BA food onboard but what about those in the flight deck?

I assume they have specially loaded crew meals like the cabin crew but are these akin to meals found in F, club, or are they worse than Y?

And do the pilots get to make use of the Nespresso coffee and other premium amenities or do they get the bilge water like everyone else?
