Once you get through customs in t7, you'll see some fast food outfits in front of you (subway from memory) and an AA baggage desk on your right. They'll put your bags through to your mco flight while you make the air train journey to t8. It was pretty well organised last time we did it - they greeted us by name when we approached the desk so had clearly been expecting us.
