Similar situation here. All delta flight numbers (006 ticket), and i cannot get economy comfort for the klm operated flight in august. Klm says not possible until i get to the airport. Even asked if i could pay for economy comfort, and still the answer is not until i get to the airport. They said economy comfort on klm is not available on a codeshare flight number; has to be a kl flight number.
