Haha.... 93.6% completion rate is pretty much irrelevant when they deliver their passengers 4+ hours late..... I really wonder if UA is making money with all the mx irrops that come with these antiquated, clunky planes....??

Will be interesting to see what response I get from the customer complaint I put in yesterday.... simply an honest view of my frustration with the last month (and probably many others that were sharing those flights with me that had similar or worse experiences as a result).
