Booked here. Is this a place to burn SNAs or save them? The superiour room is 28m2 whereas the junior suite is 45m2.

In the SNA description I can see 2 identical junior suites, with this small difference:

Junior suite:
  • 484 sq ft / 45 mē
  • Newly refurbished
  • Balcony with pool or golf view

Junior suite:
  • 484 sq ft / 45 mē
  • Newly refurbished
  • Private balcony with coffee table

Does anyone know what that means in terms of size or view?
