BA call centre low wait times?
Three times this week I had to call BA about a holiday booking, first to arrange a UuA, then to chase up the E-ticket and other minor queries all on a holiday booking. All 3 times I clicked through the options and got straight through to an agent in under a minute despite the warning at the beginning about large call volumes.
Have BA made improvements? I can't imagine I was lucky all 3 times so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced a massive improvement in wait times recently.
