SQ can only do seat selections, meals, put in additional FFP info, and other special requests through TA bookings. SQ cannot change or amend dates unless there is information on the booking that allows SQ res to do this.

Your TA should be able to offer all those as mentioned above without charging you extra. The only time that the TA will charge is when you change your bookings.
