The 737-900 doesn't rotate very far back due to the long fuselage yet short landing gear. It probably rotated back as far as it could go and did have a "tail strike" when it fell back in the video.

If this is a common-enough occurence, maybe a wise investment would be tail-stands that go under the tail while the aircraft is on the ground.
