so far few problems-generally on time, or at least not delayed very long. Most delays for me have been waiting for the de-icer for a 6am, though I have had flights delayed 5+ hours before being cancelled (though route was 4 or 5x/day). In that case IRROPS was mainly re-booking everyone on the next two flights out, but the non-elites didn't seem to get automatically rebooked and had to go to customer service-at IAD express terminal no less... I fly the q200 a lot with commutair, and let me tell you it's noisy and not very comfortable (and if you thought the slimline seats sucked...)
