BGM is pretty bad. I don't live too far from there and I've had maybe 15% of my flights out of there delayed or cancelled.
If it's only 15%, you're doing better than UA mainline, and above Jeff's target of 80%. After all, any better than 80%, and there are "diminishing returns."
