I have attempted to fly Commutair 4 times in the last month....

1) 5/11/2014 from IAD-BGM: Delayed 4 hours mx
2) 5/30/2014 from BGM-IAD: Cancelled mx - resulted in arriving 4 hours late to final destination after having to drive myself to ELM
3) 6/2/2014 from IAD-BGM: On time
4) 6/5/2014 from BGM-EWR: Delayed 4 hours mx - shuttled to ELM and arrived 5 hours late to final destination.

I have just about had it with UA flying into BGM, which happens to be a very important destination for my work. Commutair is an embarrassment to any airline that contracts them out. only 25% of the time, I arrive in BGM or back home from BGM without a major disruption. Are the Q200's really worth it to UA's bottom line? It has cost them more than the ticket prices to re-accommodate me (shuttles, taxis, etc.)..... and the same goes for the rest of the people on my flights that likely paid considerably less than I did for my fares.

I am sure many other FT'ers have stories about UA Express dba Commutair.... please share your experiences.

I assure the entire FT community and UA of one thing - I am finished flying Commutair. If a destination is served by UA Express dba Commutair, I will be choosing a different airline.
