Agreed. It is not yet clear where the ball was dropped, but the CS ball was dropped and in a big way. I'm curious what the agent who was asking for money was thinking--I've never heard of this happening so it must have struck the agent as unusual and should have lead this person to investigate further to try to help OP. Also, if OP is also DL plat, this is not good treatment for a medallion.
