Hyatt Saipan is responding on Tripadvisor to complaints about dated rooms in such a way:

"We apologize for your experience with the interiors of our hotel but you might be pleased to know that we are currently addressing the issue to improve our facilities."

Any information if this means forthcoming refurbishment or just a feel-good sentence without much substance? Considered a stay there next year but the reviews are abysmal.
