The website lists the size limit of carry-ons as 23 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm (9 in x 15.5 in x 21.5 in) and 10 kg (22 lbs). I'm interested in a carry-on item that's 22" (the other dimensions are within stated limits). It weighs a little bit under 8 lbs. I really doubt I can pack everything I need and get it under 10 kg. Will the 1/2" excess or an extra 3-4 kg really prevent me from carrying on a piece of luggage?
