Writing from the LH IAD lounge at the moment - open all day from 0820 to 2145. Serves ET and NH in the mornings. There is an NH rep walking around the lounge saying hi to everyone in Japanese.

Breakfast is continental (before 1100) - cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, breads. Bar is open.

Lounge agent scanned my domestic UA boarding pass, took a look and just said "Just watch your boarding time, ok?" and let me in.
