Your 1hr 50min connection in FRA shouldn't be a problem, however 1hr 20min in LHR is a little tight. United is now using the new T2 in LHR but Lufthansa will still be in T1 in August. United's arrival gate is in T2B satellite which is linked to the main terminal (T2A) with a long walkway. There is a direct airside transfer route between T2A and T1 with security check in between. Follow the Flight Connections signs. If your United flight arrives early or on time you should be able to make the connection.
Unfortunately Lufthansa does not have any Same-Day Change policy. Your only options are to pay the change fee (and any fare difference) or hope that your connections will work. Since Lufthansa sold you the ticket they should put you on a later flight if you miss your connection. There are two later flights from FRA to BLR (with a connection in BOM or DEL at 13:30 or 13:45) and if you are lucky and not too late arriving in FRA they might put you on one of these flights. It would be nice if they could arrange an alternative flight in LHR should you need it, but I fear staff in LHR may not be able to help you.
I hope you can enter Schengen/Germany without a visa in case you have to overnight in FRA.
