AC online booking-garbled again
I booked flights for my family to go to T.O. in Oct. last nite around 8 p.m. For the 4th time in a row, I had a problem getting the thing to print out without something being garbled, or the web page locking up just as I was about to print. This time I got all the way to the end (last time it crashed just as I was selecting seats), but when I printed, the last 2 passengers (my kids) the seat assignmennts and AP #'s were blank. I go onto the " Bookings" on the AP website, and under the info section where it shows seats and AP # , it shows "null" for those 2 passengers. Of course, when I phoned up , everything was o.k.
Really frustrating!
