BA phone IVR responsiveness issues?
I have a question.. .
Has anyone had problems with the British airways IVR not recognizing key presses when trying to reach customer service on a mobile phone? I am using an android phone for reference . I need to call BA to change a ticket, but when I call and the IVR answers I press 1 for reservations but the IVR doesn't recognize my key press and the call eventually drops? Anyone experiencing the same issues? What is best to do?

I don't have any problems calling any other business such as AA etc
I am calling from DFW TX USA
