I think the word is not Luxury when it comes to this (or any) credit card. I think it's more of a status matter. If you have a Centurion Card, it means you spend at least X (and by X, I mean a very large amount of $) money and have (at least) X wealth. Problem is that some people need to show this off, and by paying something with their Titanium Card (and having people in that store/place watching him swipe that card), they show their status. There's also people who would do anything to get this, just for the sake of having the Centurion Card, and not the benefits,which ( the non-tangible ones) are the best IMO.

Anyways, just the way I see it.
