I don't see any point why some people take Arlanda Express between T5-T2.
It implies walking quite the same distance anyway (downstairs etc.) and in no less time. With the airside bus it is a no brainer to stay away from AExpress (which is landside).

You will be good with your 2 hours, lots of time left to spend in lounge. I don't know QR docking gate, but Terminal 5 consists of gates 1-10 (a pier) and 11-24 (adjacent pier) and F-pier. 11-24 are closer to terminal 2 so you may walk to T2, otherwise you can just walk over to adjacent pier where 10C is.
