There is typically only one dessert (plus cheese) on the CW menu, and the norm is dessert or cheese. If all passengers have been asked for the selection, then the cabin crew will be able to give you any spare dessert/cheese.

Yes, you can, although the crew will ensure all F passengers receive their main course before allowing additional main courses to be served.
