There is still a lot of construction going on for example the roof top terrace is not expected to be done until late this year. The building across the courtyard will eventually hold more meeting space but is currently also under construction. That being said it wasn't overly noisy or anything.
There is a nice, cozy grass area with loungers by the outside pool as well a below-grade level covered courtyard with water feature. This is the level most of the dining outlets are on as well, the design is nice but you can still sort of tell you are underground. There is a bar in the lobby on ground level though and the it is a beautiful place for a rest, very high ceilings and nice decor.
Overall this is a nice new build hotel which is designed very nicely in a contemporary scheme which seems to be rare for Santiago and if the location works for you, I would certainly give it a try.
Thanks very much for your comments. I'm not going until February and am presently booked at the Marriott. Just became aware of this new hotel and trying to decide if i should switch.
Did you notice the CL? And if so do you have any comments?
Thanks
