Thumbs up Tiny service improvement in Hong Kong

As of two months ago they now have relationship managers.

They defined the role something like this: to be your ambassador within American Express to ensure you receive the highest level of service from American Express. Additionally, to provide advice on how to best maximize your many benefits as a Centurion member.

Not sure if this is new to Centurion Hong Kong or if it is just new to my account.

I will put my RM to the test in the next few months. I am pretty low maintenance at Amex so need to wait for an opportunity to utilize her. Will report back if this RM service is at all useful.
