My understanding is that from any beach destination one can take these and go to Phuket Town, but nowhere else; if you want to go to another beach, even the next one over, you have to connect in Phuket Town. So basically like flying American Airlines .

If we're staying at a beach location and want to check out Phuket Town, this doesn't seem to be an unreasonable way to do it, no?
