No we can't. We can request policy changes, but we can't dictate them. We can show that we're serious by voting with our wallets and feet. I suggest that there are extremely few issues concerning which the number of customers who feel strongly enough about it is large enough to get Starwood's attention. It does happen, though, as with the addition of free internet for PLTs after consistent complaints here. But this is a very rare occurrence; and I don't see it happening with this particular issue.
