Just cancelled my card and specifically cited the devaluation. Was not offered a retention incentive which was not surprising as I've spent <$1k over the past 12 months though I have taken advantage of low rate balance transfers.

There are no annual fee cash back cards that pay much better than 1.4% and if for some reason I need WN points I can always transfer Chase points.
