Rouge had a load factor of 84.9% according to AC's press release:

As an investor, I'm less interested in the capacity increase, and more in the demand, and particularly the difference between the two numbers. AC is doing a very good job of bringing out measured capacity increases, but the demand seems to be increasing at an incredible rate each month as well.
