In my experience, some mix and some don't. If AS liquor license only allowed beer and wine they wouldn't be able to purchase it, put it on board nor pass out sealed mini's

If there were some sort of action against AS (thinking about US Air and New Mexico) it would not just involve a single plane or route

What is really annoying is when they pass out the mini's and fill the glass so high its impossible to add it in and stir. I have this happen on many carriers.

Although many times id prefer to mix on my own so i can try to make fancy drinks with nothing more than what's onboard (i miss Barq's rootbeer along with baileys which made a nice rootbeer float)
