Stayed at the cosmo memorial day weekend. Had to push really, uncomfortably hard to get an upgrade from the city room (had to ask to speak with a manager). Was worth it though. I'm a platinum member with marriott. Although it might no be free any more, the platinum line at the wicked spoon saved me probably 2 hours of waiting in line.
