Is there any new info on an arrivals lounge? I've never flown into LHR, but I've got an award flight in Business First from ORD to LHR coming up mid-August. The flight arrives at 5:55 a.m., so I want to grab a shower if I can.
I'm completely unfamiliar with Heathrow and how the terminals and security is set up there. Any advice?
