So I know this is an old thread, but I just got the original model (23037DH) Alpha garment bag (from my company for a service anniversary, thru Michael C Fina) and it did not come with a door hook. I called Tumi and they told me that it's not included, the same way hangers are not. Is this correct? I found the door hook in question, model 0051 on their website, but it's out of stock and I can't find anyone who sells it, or a reasonable alternative. I can't imagine how they can sell a $600 garment bag where the hook to hang it on the door is optional.

Update: I called Tumi customer service and they're sending me a hook.
