I'm not sure if I should post this here or in the credit card forum. My husband and I each got US Bank LAN Pass credit cards with a sign up bonus. My bonus posted the month after I made the spend and immediately went into my LAN account. My husband has had nothing but problems with his account. US Bank showed the miles as pending for 3 months. We talked to several supervisors over the past 3 months and were told it would just be one more statement, etc. Every call we got a different answer. Anyway FINALLY they don't show pending anymore; they show as active miles. However, they are not showing up in the LAN account. US Bank says it can take another 3 days for the miles to be transferred. I'm afraid I'm going to wait another 3 days and there will be more problems. We really need to book some flights. Has anyone had this problem with them? Any ideas on how to get these miles in the LAN account faster?
