So, at the end of the day, we got to the Alaska ticket counter 58 minutes before scheduled take-off. The TA was very nice and accommodated us and got our luggage on the flight despite missing the 60 minute checked luggage deadline. Thankfully we have Global Entry, so we were able to fly past that long line and just made it to the gate on time.
It's things like this that differentiate AS from other airlines.
What do you think the result would have been had the carrier been Delta?
