I'd also love to hear anyone's opinion on this property. I have my honeymoon booked for October (using the club upgrade on the RC credit card) and have been in contact with the hotel. They certainly seem aware of the original negative TripAdvisor reviews and have assured me that they're working on everything. I've been very impressed with my interactions with them so far, but would love to hear from those who have stayed at the property! Will post a detailed review when I return, but that's not for another few months.
