I may get shot down for this but BA service ..... They often leave you alone to your own thing /rest / work so don't feel in any way awkward about asking for something !
Talk to the crew, press the call bell if necessary or go up to the galley.
It is easy to be overlooked if you are not in an aisle seat.....
