Baggage Allowance and Other Screwups

Just got my one-week ahead confirmation of our SFO-LHR flight in first class. It is "supposedly" showing all the details. It shows baggage allowance is 50 pounds. Everywhere else shows it's 70 pounds. Which is it and why can't BA get it right one way or the other? Also can't print my e-ticket- says form of payment is not valid to print an e-ticket receipt. Am I probably also have a problem with online check-in because of this issue?

How screwed up can one airline possibly be?? I travel worldwide on F on many airlines and never have as many hassles as I do with BA- and every time I fly with them. Don;t they ever fire anyone in IT because of the annoyances they cause their premium passengers? Believe me, this is not the first time.
