I had the chance to fly business class on Finnair a couple of years ago and it looks like the same cabin. I quite enjoyed it, especially as an unexpected op-up. Compared to AA's NGBC, the lie-flat seat was heavenly. I thought the food was primitive for business class but appreciated the Iitala drinking glasses and Marimekko china. The flight attendants were sweet and attentive. When I misplaced my eyeglasses at the end of the flight virtually the whole cabin crew pitched in to search (I left the plane without them but they were delivered to my connecting gate--very impressive).
By far the best part of the experience was getting to use the elaborate spa by the lounge in the international zone. Best jet lag cure ever! The spa has since closed but I understand that a sauna will be opening soon.
Do the seat backs still have the primitive massage feature?
