#1 = aisle. I don't like to inconvenience anyone when I want access to the bathroom or galley.

#2 = middle. One less person to inconvenience if aisle is not available.

#3 = window. I will proactively select a window seat if and only if it is also an aisle seat (i.e. certain first class cabins)

I don't fly redeyes anymore except TATL or TPAC, and I don't do those in economy so the sleep factor is not an issue.
