I tried to check in a crate packed with 2 servers, which our IT people told me weighted 32kg exactly.

(They forgot to mentioned that the crate and packing materials weighed 12kg), so I ended up putting a 44kg crate on the oversize baggage belt, and being told "sorry, but no".

It was almost 10pm and close to check-in deadline, yet the incredibly helpful check-in supervisor took me to the the bag wrapping area, where we took the stuff out of the case and had it bubble wrapped, and dashed back to the bag belt and got it sent off just in time for me to make it through security at T-35.

(It didn't arrive and was missing for 2 days).
