If you're connecting at ATL from an inbound BA flight to a domestic DL flight, the published Minimum Connection Time is 3:30. This is a published exception to the standard international-->domestic MCT there.

Of course, technically that would applies to a journey written on a single ticket. But if you're travelling on two separate tickets, the usual advice is to allow more time than the published MCT.
