FYI: I didn't get upset that Hilton responded 23 hours after my claim of BRG. Re-read my post again to get the point of my thread: valid and verified BRG was DENIED by Hilton, even with proof of the lower rate on Travelocity. I don't know how you find any indignation in the post regarding a 23 hour response. It's pretty obvious what I'm pissed off about...
