I can understand your point of view cause a GM is essential in an Aman. His/Her rule in an Aman is so different from any other hotel but, however, when we went to Amanoi in March, Susan was away and Bagi took a good care of us and the property is so stunning, I almost forget it. But for sure Bagi is not like a GM and this property really needs a passionate GM. If I trust my informations, Sean Flakelar, who is currently Area Manager for Indonesia and GM of Amanusa will leave this position to take care of an other resort in Asia and it's highly possible it will be Amanoi. The move is expected for July... Let's see but if Sean will move to Amanoi, no worry it will be fantastic.

I guess this could reduce the disruption a little as long as he has a good relationship with the other managers and staff.
