Even without gold status, I would pick the Tysons Corner Marriott. Parking is $6/day, but it is free on weekends. You can reach the Dunn Loring or West Falls Church metro station stops in about 10-15 minutes by car and take the Orange line into DC. This hotel has a great restaurant breakfast buffet, and they have a decent Concierge Lounge for elite guests traveling between Sunday evening and Friday morning. The gym at this property is pretty good for a Marriott.

Once the silver line starts running, Tysons Corner Marriott will be even more convenient since you can take the Metro from the nearby malls.
