Just grabbed saver C on NRT-DEN for next weekend. Agent assigned me to 4A, which sounds like it will have a bigger footwell, being the bulkhead, though it looks like this may not be a great seat to sit in.

I would take Row 4 over Row 2 for the footwell. 4A will be a window seat, though, and I have found those to be troublesome because even at full dim the sun glare is annoying and the heat can be very noticeable.
