I agree with the poster above that 2) is your best bet.

Depending on what "level" of Car Service you want, I would be happy to set you in the right direction. For starters, if you want a high-end Car Service, you need to contact Fred at Silver Star Car... he is a native New Yorker that lives here in EZE and owns/runs the best luxury Car Service in town. His rates are very fair, but they do reflect the service he provides... and you have to consider you will be in the hands of the best in the business, it all depends on what you want.
