Which are the less intrusive C bulkhead seats when it comes to galley noise/light/activity - the center seats or the side seats?

First time flying the 787, SFO-NRT in July. Flying in C, and can get bulkhead row 4 (1 is full) with the big cutouts, either in the center two seats or on the sides. I will opt for an aisle seat either way, so window is out of the question. Looking to lessen the galley distraction as some have reported. Thanks!
