No, it is different and slightly better than the regular Eco meal. You can choose between two dishes (meat or fish usually) but it is no business class meal. Also you get alcoholic beverages during meal service.
The seat is much better than the LH Eco seat on the 380 - if you can, choose row 14 for even more room.
