I'm cutious if ground handling is still done by DL or if it switched over to PenAir. The line dragons work for a third party company hired by DL so if its DL still handling hopefully it hopefully wont happen again.

Some peoople wont do it but i pretty much tell the Airserv people to pound sand and push right by.
