Please understand ...ALL the seats on the Rouge A319 are the exact same...they are all the "new 3-across slimline seats". They all have the same thin,rock-hard crappy padding, they are all the same narrow width across, they all have the same shortened seat-cushion offering less support to your legs, they all have the same hard knife-edge,short, hard plastic armrests, they all have the same uncomfortable geometry and they all have the same useless 3-5 inch claimed recline.

The only difference between Rouge Premium, Rouge Plus and Rouge Economy is pitch(legroom), which is only just bearable for a 6'3 person in Rouge Premium. And they block the middle seat in Rouge Premium( not Rouge Plus) so you get a bit more elbow room. Thats it....don't fool yourself into thinking your getting more padding or seat width if you upgrade to Rouge Plus or Rouge Premium...because your not...you are getting about 2 inches more legroom in Plus over Rouge Economy, so depending on your personal pain threshold only you can decide if the extra 2 inches is worth the cost.
