Because: even if you book an SK ticket logged in with your EB silver number, the ticket for a go-fare will still read one pc for luggage, even if SK gives you two (due to EB silver). So it is not in the ticket record :-(

Well, I went to my gate and talked to the UA staff there. She was very understanding (and I guess knew the rules), so she made some more searches on the internet and then agreed to refund my money. I just told her that I was EBS (and showed my card of course), told her my understanding of the rules, and it was all sorted.
